sirenella press is a small and family-operated; many of our items are produced in limited runs or made to order, and we handle everything with care rather than through automation

because of this, our refund and return policies are designed to be fair, clear, and realistic

so before you make any purchase, please do review our refund and return policies as outlined below (and be sure to read our shipping policies as well)

digital products (ebooks, downloads, printables)

the purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, PNGs, JPEGs, ebooks (epub files) and (any) other online material, is subject to the following terms and conditions

due to the nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed

this includes:

  • ebooks
  • digital downloads
  • printable files
  • any instant-access digital content

consumers are advised to review the below listed information carefully before making any digital purchase

  • payment gateways
    all transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption

    • these payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored on our store platform or website during this process
  • non-refundable and not exchangeable
    since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on sirenella press are non-refundable and not exchangeable
  • no exceptions
    since the digital products made available on our store are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy … no exceptions
  • delivery of digital goods
    if you do not receive the digital product link or file(s) upon purchasing, or if there is any issue, you can immediately contact sirenellapress@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible

refunds & returns for sale items

*** sale items of any kind are final sale and *cannot be returned.*

no exceptions

physical Items (books, paper goods, handcrafted Items)

when refunds are available

we gladly offer refunds or replacements if:

  • your item arrives damaged, or
  • you receive the wrong item.

if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly

depending on the situation, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund to your original payment method

when refunds are NOT available

because of the nature of small-batch and independent production, we do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • ordering the wrong item
  • normal wear and tear

  • minor variations in color, texture, or finish

  • items damaged after delivery due to handling or use

we are not a mass retailer, and many of our items cannot be restocked or resold once opened or used

return shipping

  • if a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error
